Esperanza Cyber Charter School (ECCS) located in North Philadelphia is currently accepting applications for a full-time Orientation Specialist who will serve as the initial point of contact for newly enrolled students, responsible for conducting orientation sessions, monitoring student progress through the orientation course, and supporting students for their first thirty days of enrollment in the school.
 
ECCS is a safe, structured, supportive and disciplined environment in which to teach. ECCS is committed to tailoring curriculum and instruction to the needs of our student body. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of an instructional team that will lead to even better student outcomes due to educating students in an emerging and innovation cyber model. Spanish fluency is desired but not mandatory. Teaching positions are onsite not remote.
 
All applicants must have current FBI fingerprints, PA Criminal, and Child Abuse background checks, as well as the appropriate instructional certification. 

Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Demonstrated competence and experience in current technologies, including:

• Google Education Suite
• Google Apps
• Basic computing skills such as word processing and folder creation

Ability to communicate well in a group/team environment. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
