Esperanza Cyber Charter School is growing and seeks an Elementary Coordinator of Instruction (COI) for the 2019-20 school year who possesses the following:

• Five years of teaching experience on the elementary level, cyber/online setting preferred
• Master's degree in education, or equivalent
• Current PA Principal's certificate and/or certificate in Curriculum and Instruction, or Elementary Supervisor

The Coordinator of Instruction (COI) is a member of the administrative team and is responsible for providing effective instructional leadership. This position contributes to the teacher observation and evaluation process. ECCS employs a shared leadership approach to school administration that relies on teamwork and collaboration. This position requires teaching and leadership abilities. Preferred qualifications include: Spanish language fluency is desired but not mandatory. This job is a twelve-month position.
