Esperanza Cyber Charter School (ECCS) is accepting applications for Substitute Teachers for the 2017-18 school year across grades 6-12 in all content areas; teaching from the Learning Center in Philadelphia, developing digital content, and delivering instruction via a "live" format. Positions could include a half-day or full-day teaching load, depending on scheduling.

ECCS is a safe, structured, supportive and disciplined online learning environment in which to teach.  ECCS is committed to tailoring curriculum and instruction to the needs of our student body.  

 

Scheduled classes can include: World or American Studies, Grade 9 or 10 English Language Arts, Integrated Science, Geometry, Algebra 1, and others as needed

Appropriate Certifications: PA or out-of-state teaching certification not required, but desirable.

Spanish fluency is desired but not mandatory.  All applicants must have at minimum a Bachelor's degree, current FBI fingerprints, PA Criminal Check, Child Abuse background checks and Act 168 clearance.
